About the Role

We run a high-volume insurance lead-generation operation. We need a lethal, remote Outbound Setter to connect our lead inventory with active buyers — insurance agents and brokerages. You'll use optimized social media profiles to drop into communities, scrape directories, and slide into DMs to book accounts.

This is a performance-first role. A local cost-of-living base stipend is included; the real upside is $50–$100 bounties per funded buyer, fully uncapped. If you can produce, you'll earn well above your local market. If you need hand-holding, this isn't for you.
